I am one of those people who are really fascinated about how things work. This is why I love science so much. It allows me to ask questions and find answers. It satisfies my curiosity.
My creativity helps me to see science differently; it allows me to come up with relatable analogies to explain complex concepts.
As a black woman in science, I recognised that we were underrepresented. I wanted to do something about it. I began giving inspirational talks and workshops to schools in the city, in the hopes of broadening the horizons of the generations to come.
